At Experience Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection. If your record arrives damaged or you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the vinyl in its original mailer or a sturdy record-specific box, ensuring the album is protected from corner dings and surface scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned media for condition, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement copy within 3-5 business days.
