What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed records within 30 days of purchase. If a record is defective or has significant playback issues, please contact us for a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What does '180-gram vinyl' mean?
180-gram vinyl refers to the weight of the record. It is thicker and more durable than standard pressings, providing better stability for the stylus and a more premium feel.

Are the records you sell new or used?
Unless explicitly stated in the 'Used/Vintage' section of our shop, all records sold on Experience Vinyl are brand new, factory-sealed pressings.
